Not particularly: Such dimpling is thought to reflect position in the womb late in pregnancy. Theory suggests the pressure of the uterine wall against closely positioned shoulder bones diminishes tissue buildup in that area. Dimpling in the points of most pressure results, but a reason is not obvious when baby is born.
