Prickly itchy bumps: Could be prickly heat (miliaria) or eczema, rarely psoriasis Cool, wash 2 x a day with soap and water try calomine lotion and try light coat of desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) (diaper rash ointment) at night Follow up with doctor.
