Unlikely.: Unfortunately, not. Unlike much of the rest of our body that has muscle that can be enlarged through exercise (called hypertrophy), there is a relative lack of musculature on the hands, so I wouldn't expect much in terms of change in size. However, there are rare neurological disorders than can cause hand atrophy, so I would get checked by the doctor if you are experiencing any muscle weakness.
