Missed period: Usually there are no symptoms or signs during early pregnancy. Have you had a normal period after your miscarriage? Then missing your next period after that is usually the first sign of pregnancy. Home pregnancy urine test a few days after a missed period would help you to find out if you are pregnant. Please follow the instructions given with the kit closely to be accurate.
