Cats' mouths do: carry more bacteria than dogs and fingers are more susceptible to infection. I would recommend cleaning the area well and contacting your doctor or going to an emergency room. Meanwhile you can apply antibiotic cream after cleaning and watch for any redness, pus or swelling.

Cat bite: Since it is your cat, you need to wash your hand carefully with soap and water, then apply a topical antibiotic to the area. Check to see that there are no signs of infection such as redness and heat. If this occurs, get an oral antibiotic.
