See your doctor: It is possible to get hand and arm and face hyperpigmentation from taking hormones or having hormonal changes. It is a good idea to have your doctor check this and make sure it is benign and then after a proper diagnosis start laser therapy to decrease the color or bleaching cream. Hope it is easily reversed.
