Stop tanning: Skin, freckles, and spots all get darker in the presence of real or artificial sunlight. The first experiment you can do is to avoid indoor and outdoor exposure to sources of tanning and see if your brown spots simply disappear. Always wear a sun-blocking make-up or product when you're outside and a hat. Consider seeing your fp to determine whether the dermatologist needs to see your spots.

Any: You could do any of these but i think you should see your dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options.
