A good start: Healthiness is much more than merely a height and weight. That being said, 135 pounds at 62 inches is fine for a girl. If she is eating healthy foods, avoiding sugars and excess fats in foods, happy emotionally, exercising several times a week, sleeping well, gets along with family members and others, etc..., then she should be fine at 135 pounds.
