Multiple reactive sub-centimetric bilateral cervical, axillary & inguinal nodes with no significant fdg uptake therein, is this normal?

Likely so:: Generalized lymphadenopathy with reactive nodes < 1 cm is not an entirely unusual finding on CT. If you have no symptoms, and all other tests have been negative to date, it's less likely that you have any ongoing process such as malignancy, infection, autoimmune or systemic disorder like Sarcoidosis. Whatever caused your glands to be prominent was likely inconsequential and resolved.
