No antibiotics yet: Sounds like a viral syndrome with muscle aches, pains, headaches, lightheadedness, and difficulty swallowing. Fever is common with many viruses. Give the symptoms time to improve. Take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for fever and aches. Drink plenty of fluids and get your rest. If it gets worse after about 7-10 days, may need to see your doctor. At that paint antibiotics may be needed.
