I take 4-5 asprin daily for headachs. today i took a physical fitness test for work and after words i had extreme burning in my throat. several hours later i threw up black blood. im not dizzy or any other symptoms. your opinion?

Could be serious: Aspirin is well-known for causing bleeding ulcers in the upper GI tract. This can be life-threatening if it does not stop, so go see a doctor now.
