Maybe ok, unless...: It is ok to take several multivitamins and supplements at the same time, UNLESS those vitamins and supplements are not needed (because the person is already getting enough of those items via his foods and drinks). So, the answer depends on knowing what is needed, and what's in each tablet. If there is not a vitamin deficiency, then one should not take more than the total daily recommended amount.

Unnecessary.: Vitamins and supplements in general are meant to fortify a healthy varied meal plan, not to singularly make you healthy. One dose of multivitamin daily along with a healthy varied meal plan should be just fine, unless you're specifically deficient in something, such as vitamin D or B12.
