See an ENT: Or your regular doctor, could be just a superficial bleed as result of inflammed lining of nasal passages, or active bleeding spot that needs attention, if still bleeding, let her lean forward, pinch her nose/put ice pack for few minutes on her face till bleeding stops, but see a doctor soon, take care
