Need to look into it: You need to see a headache specialist. Some migraine headaches can be treated with medication; these your headache specialist can treat. If there are specific points causing your headache and Botox injections can lessen the severity, surgery to decompress the nerves can significantly improve or cure the migraines. See a specialist to see if this may be an option for you.

Not true migraines.: If you are getting ha that frequently, then by definition, these are not migraines. "migraine" does not = bad pain, even if the pain is associated with migrainous features like nausea, light sensitivity, etc. You can have "secondary migraines" where the primary trigger is the neck: muscles, joints, discs, or from other triggers like stress, allergies, sinus conditions, etc. Need to look into these.
