Strep throat : If you're on antibiotics, it takes 2-3 days to work, abdominal pain is very common with throat infections, you can gargle with antiseptic mouth wash, take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for pain, soothing throat lozenges, eat soft bland diet & drink plenty of fluids. Feel better.
