Need to see...: To give a certain answer, the eye would need to be seen. You can create a prime account for your baby and have a video consult with a physician. Most likely answer is a subconjuctival hemorrhage- a broken small blood vessels in the whites of the eyes often caused by sneezing, coughing, or vomiting. Will resolve without issue.
