Yes: If you still have your uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries and they are working normally it would be possible for you to conceive. The risk however, is that without a cervix, or only a small portion, you might not be able to carry the pregnancy past 18-20 weeks due to what's called cervical incompetence. If you are considering pregnancy, you should talk to your ob/gyn about it first.
