My one month old has a temperature of 98.5 under the arm do she has a fever an need to be seen by a doctor?

Do a rectal temp: A rectal temperature is much more reliable at that age and a better reflection of what is needed. If the rectal temp is over 100.4, take baby in to be seen now. If less, monitor and make sure baby is out of the heat and not overdressed.
