Lubricant: Try using a water based lubricant like K-Y jelly. If the problem persists it would require a pelvic examination and you should see your doctor for that. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex.
