Breast pain: I see your earlier question as well, with red line and drinking. Breast pain can be cancer rarely, can be rib cage bone or pulled muscle, can get infections of skin, bras can irritate, and with drinking your liver can get inflamed, the right side under rib cage is also where your gallbladder is located. Many possible problems, try heat, loose clothing, and if not better see your clinic.
