Hmmm...: Usually, a person who can't "lay on either sides" of his head, will just lay on the back of his head. That means sleeping face up. Of course, one wonders why, if a person hit his forehead on a sink... why would he not be able to "lay on either sides" of his head. What happened to the right and left sides of his head?
