Longevity: With PLCH depends on multiple factors, true your lung function is 23%, but hopefully you can survive long enough if you wisely use your resources, I trust you stopped smoking and kept your follow up with your doctors and took your medicines regularly, also you might be a candidate for lung transplant, wish you wellness
