Constipation : How old is your child? I'm concerned about the vomiting, it is best you if take your child to ER Or his pediatrician, intestinal obstruction must be ruled out. Best wishes.

Hard to say: Some breast fed babies may go a week without pooping and be normal.If older and on solids they are more regular. Peaches/pears/plums etc can help but sometimes take a couple days.Full strength prune juice is faster, but still can take a few days.A call to his docs service can help you decide how soon he needs to be seen.
