Constipation2mths o: No there is no reason to be cocerned.If you are breast feeding, the babies stools can vary from no stools for over 24 hours to stool everytime you feed the baby.But it can happen in formula fed babies as well.If the baby is not iritable and no vomining, feeding normaly, jut wait and he will poop.
