Depend on location: it depends on the location of the pain, your age, and your medical history. if it is chest pain go to the ER. if it is abdominal pain, go if you have fever with it, or vomiting bad enough that you could not keep hydrating yourself,go to the ER if it is headache go if your BP is high or you have any neurologic sign with it. ER in general any pain you can tolrate ,it is ok to watch,
