HARD TO SAY: Proper assessment would require an actual exam and review of exposure history.The skin is limited in what it will do from thousands of causes, many of which overlap. An allergic response to something you ate or applied to the skin, a final stage of a prior illness, etc. Skin toned bumps may just be reaction of the dermal papillae (structures tat the base of hair).
