Itch/discharge: Sound like possible yeast infection. See your doctor for assessment, cultures and treatment. You can access creams over the counter at pharmacies. You may need a urine test and a blood sugar. Make sure any sexual partner is also treated and refrain from sex until assessed. All the best.
