Start with a test: If you don't know whether you are pregnant or not, have been having unprotected sex, and your period is late or abnormal, start with a pregnancy test and, if it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days to be sure. Frequent urination can be due to fluid intake, a UTI, or a small bladder and breast changes can have many causes. If the tests are negative, see your PCP, GYN, or urgent care for evaluation.
