A member asked:

Ok, so i have been told that excitement is a form of stress, is this true? and if so could you use different (negative) stresses to your advantage?

Essentially, yes: In the manner of speaking that when we discuss stress, we're talking on a hormonal level. 'Excitement' could cause an increase in cortisol/epinephrine levels causing a variety of physiological/body changes... some good, some bad. A little bit of excitement may keep us 'sharp' and 'focused' but a great deal of stressful exposure would be negative. So, everything in moderation!
