Don't worry about it: nothing to worry about. Different environment and food can easily do this. Try simethicone (even though it has not been shown effective, some patients seem to respond to simethicone.) If it works, indulge in it. Try to walk more, avoid overswallowering of air. Lastly, you maybe constipated, try senna as well. GI complaints are very common in travel and it is highly annoying.
