Could be lymphoma: It could be nothing but you may need at least some basic blood work like CBC WITH DIFFERENTIALS and Chest X-ray to look for mediastinal widening and if suspicious CT scan of the chest

Enlarged lymph nodes: These lumps may represent enlarged lymph nodes in response to an infection nearby. They should go slowly back to normal if you are being treated for such like with antibiotics, otherwise the cause can be chronic infection or tumor mass of different origin
