No but...: It can reefers with the absorption of other nutrients. Some vitamins are fat soluble (A,D,E,K) and so when you take "megadoses" you just enrich the manufacturers. The others (C. and the cluster of B's) are water soluble) so you mainly pee them out. Your periods and their timing depend on your level of gonadal hormones not your vitamin levels.
