Not pregnant: It's so frustrating to have PMS symptoms and yet not to have one's period. There's not much you can do other than speak to your doctor if it lasts for too long (or happens repeatedly each month) about using some progesterone to provoke a period. To my knowledge, there have been no studies showing that herbal medications work to provoke a period. But provera (medroxyprogesterone) does work.
