Not likely: It is very remotely possible and quite unlikely that you would become pregnant "20 years after tubes cut and tied burnt". Changes in some hormonal levels can sometimes mimic the symptoms of pregnancy. Be safe. Check your blood betaHCG pregnancy test and perhaps obtain a pelvic sonogram to have more peace of mind if your symptoms persist .
