I burned myself about a month ago and got a horrible rash on and around the burn. the rash finally went away and now a month later the same horrible rash came back and came back very fast. it wasn't bad this morning and now is all over where i burned myse

You may have been...: ...using a burn ointment or perhaps a bandage who's adhesive you are allergic to. Or perhaps, because the new skin is more sensitive for now, it may be hypersensitive to a moisturizer you're using. Switch to petroleum jelly, hypogenic moisturizer or fragrance-free baby oil. Stick with a mild soap. If the rash doesn't subside, check with your doctor. Best wishes. Dr. Anne
