No significant risk: I'm a little surprised to hear you have (confirmed?) oral infection with high risk HPV. Testing for oral HPV is rare and usually not recommended. But even if you have it, there is little if any risk to your child. It would make sense to not push your luck, i.e. to not "clean" her pacifier with saliva. Better to keep some alcohol hand cleaner handy (Purel and other brands) and use that.
