Gather local input: Your OBGYN may have an opinion on whether after 4 CS your system will tolerate another pregnancy or CS. Just because you have had kids before doesn't mean your body has not changed some. If you both have tried for more than a year without conceiving, it would be worthwhile for you both to be assessed for fertility.
