Blood test: If you were pregnant, at three weeks after a missed period you should an unequivocal positive result on urine pregnancy test. You may wish to get a blood test for HCG level which would be conclusive one way or the other. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
