Probably negative: You need to read it under 5 minutes to get a correct reading. If left longer may turn faintly positive just from setting so long (false positive) . They put time limits on them for a reason.

Check again tomorrow with your first morning urine. This could be a very early pregnancy, but this test is considered negative at this time.
