You need to contact: ..your orthopedist right away. Extreme pain, whether you're still in a cast or not, can mean something is seriously wrong. Blood flow may be cut off or an infection like osteomyelitis, bleeding, further damage or another emergency situation could have set it. You can take 2 aspirin but don't wait till morning to call your doctor! Please!
