Check for pregnancy: Women who have sex do get pregnant. So, one has to be ready to be a mom and a wife, or not have sex (because contraception is not 100% effective). One can do a home pregnancy test if more than 3 weeks after sex, or missing one's normal regular period. If pregnant, one can go to a women's health clinic, or similar clinic, farther away from home. Also, most moms are helpful even if they get angry.
