Yes!: it sounds like "biliary colic", which is a gallstone intermittently blocking your gallbladder or another gallbladder or acute liver issue. This should be checked. If there severe pain, yellowing of the skin or eyes, fevers, chills, nausea, vomiting or other symptoms you may want to seem now and best to talk to your doctor during an attack.
