Not really: You are over the initial healing period. However, the tissues are still not normal. Use of tobacco can prolong the process. It is never good to smoke but can lead to complications following the wisdom teeth removal. I would wait a little longer. Or it may be a good time to quit.

No: Are you seriously acting a group of doctors if it's OK to smoke? Only if you want lung cancer, prematurely aging skin, kidney disease, stained fingers, increased heart disease and stroke risk, and so many more ugly things. It's been 4 days...make it 5, then six, and so forth.
