Hypoglycemia: Sounds a little like your blood sugar may be low after a long fast. Unless, of course you are pregnant! Try eating a small protein snack at bedtime and keeping something like a banana to eat if you wake up in the night or as soon as you get up in the morning to see if it is better. Follow with a good breakfast with lots of protein. If it continues, yes, you should see someone.
