UC/ER: This sounds like an intestinal infection and gastritis. I suggest UC or PCP evaluation. Clear fluids for 48 hours and try taking Imodium- 2 tab initially, then 1 tablet after each loose BM. ( not to exceed 5 tab/day) Your abdominal pain is very concerning and deserves immediate medical attention-TODAY!
