Vag dilatation: Dyspareunia or painful intercourse might be incomplete dilatation of the vagina causing neurological pressure, infection which has been ruled out here and dryness of vagina. In latter instance surub should be u to minimize friction and if needed vaginal dilatation to minimize severe pressure on penile entry. Emotional problems may also add to symptoms.
