Recent onset?>>to ER: Slurred speech with tingling/numbness of an arm could be signs of a stroke or warning of a stroke(TIA). If these symptoms are of recent onset you need to go the hospital for immediate evaluation. If you have had these symptoms for some time you should see your physician as soon as possible. Do not try to diagnose your condition on the internet. It will only delay proper diagnosis and treatment.
