Tapering lorazepam: All I can say is taper slowly so you don't have withdrawal symptoms. I don't know how long you've been on lorazepam, for what reason, any other meds you take, etc. Stopping a benzodiazepine requires careful medical supervision often with face to face visits. Tapering must be individualized. Please discuss with prescribing doctor. I hope this helps. Best wishes
