Worrisome: Acute pain in neck & pain radiating to both arms raises concern for cervical spine integrity. If a mechanical neck injury has occurred, then urgent evaluation is indicated as are imaging studies to rule cervical spine disorder that is impinging the spinal cord &/or cervical nerves transiting to the arms. Is very serious if either arm is weak.
