Can you get shingles in the cranial ganglia and then have neuralgias in all of the nerves? would you show a rash in your face is it was the case?

Nope: Herpes zoster (shingles) can originate from any nerve, including a cranial nerve, causing an outbreak on the scalp, face, etc. Sometimes shingles is followed by ongoing pain due to post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) from the involved nerve. It does not cause neuralgia in any other nerves. Without a localized skin rash, shingles almost certainly isn't the cause of any symtoms you have.
